Invitations, consent and withdrawal, person by person.
Everyone in the study, grouped by where they are: not yet joined, taking part, or withdrawn. Open a person to see their history with the study.

Invite by email, keep your own IDs.
Paste addresses to invite people. They sign in with an emailed link and are known to the study by a code.
- Invite people by pasting email addresses, with your own IDs if you keep them.
- Participants sign in with an emailed link: no password, no app to install.
- Each person gets a pseudonymous code (P-014); exports use codes, never names.
Consent, versioned.
Each person’s record shows the consent version they agreed to. Publish a new version and the people on an earlier one are asked to agree again before they answer.
Stopping, and requests to delete data.
A participant can stop from their own page, and the team can withdraw someone. Requests to delete data come to the team to decide.
- Withdrawal is one step for the participant or the team; what they sent is kept under the study’s rules.
- Requests to delete data wait for the team’s decision; an approved deletion runs at the next processing cycle.
Run a pilot with us.
In development at the IDEEAS Lab and preparing supervised pilots. We are looking for research teams to run them with us. Tell us about your study in a few lines.
